I love capturing the first few times a baby sits! This was actually the second time she sat unassisted. Her brothers were very impressed. She sat up a few seconds and then slowly she toppled over. The expression on her face after she fell is so cute! You can almost hear her asking, “What happened? I thought I had it!” It was fun laying out the page to mimic the action of her falling. I don’t think I’ve ever used this color combo before but I think it works. I created all of the embellishments using stamps in my collection. The faux zig zag stitching is a stamp from the In Stitches set from Close To My Heart.
About Me
My name is Amanda Albin. I'm a mother of three; Nathan (7), Eric (4), and Grace (1). I have been married to Tom for almost 13 years now. I am thrilled to be a Stay At Home Mom these days. However, my first career was as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Besides scrapbooking and card making, I like to spend my time playing with my kids, reading, surfing the internet and traveling. I enjoy being with my whole family and being involved in my church family. I'm really excited about the possiblity of meeting more people who share my interests!
